Software and Database engineer, A Professional Conference (APC)

·         Automated invoicing system removing the need for a full time data entry employee

·         Created online data-portal which allowed our clients to schedule their own conference calls removing the need for us to schedule them for them with reservation phone calls

·         Created a suite of applications and reports which streamlined and automated workflows, and allowed never before seen access, functionality, and insights into various parts of the APC DB

2008 – 2016

Senior Software Engeineer, AT Conference (ATC)

·         Extended ATC’s online operator/client portal and underlying database with:

o   A reservation system for our clients’ use, with new conference types

o   A pin code system which granted only those with proper clearance conference access

o   A billing code system, allowing clients to properly bill their conferences once complete

o   A conference recording, transcription, and polling event system

o   A scheduled conference and event calendar with printable reports

·         Created a 30 page client user guide that explained AT Conference’s entire online portal

·         Designed many Crystal Report reports, SQL Server database queries, and excel spreadsheets to improve office workflows and insights

·         Created a handful of applications for automating repetitive tasks across the office ecosystem

2016 – 2017

Senior Software Engeineer, Arkadin/NTT

·         Won an award for creating a gorgeous online Bootstrap client portal which allowed our clients to keep track of their usage, users, and spending, while allowing our billing team to set rates for these clients - for every country we operated in - instantly. This portal generated millions in additional monthly revenue once the sales team got their hands on it.

·         Co-created a new online credit card payment portal for Arkadin using Bootstrap technology

·         Improved AT Conference’s main website, adding new scheduling options and better animations

2021

Freelance Software Engeineer, Hall Benefit Group

·         Created a health insurance request tracking dashboard which:

o   Tracked customer request additions, edits, and conclusions in real time—updating asynchronously across all users of the software

o   Notified the user of new requests for clients they weren’t viewing

o   Kept a count of all requests per client, updating in real time

o   Auto emailed reports to clients at the end of the day with all of their customer’s health insurance requests

o   Tracked all user activity (request adds, edits, deletes, moves) and provided daily reports to management which allowed them to see who was doing what, when, and why

o   Incorporated login/logout, client management, client activity reports, user add and delete screens, and request change history
